Cost of delivery
Actual freight costs will be invoiced for each delivery individually.
The order will be delivered at the lowest cost possible.
Order confirmation
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with information
regarding your purchase by email. We recommend that you print the order confirmation.
A delivery note will be attached to the delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel deliveries in case of items no longer in production. We disclaim all responsibility for price changes and printing errors in the Milestone merchandise shop.
For every order Milestone is charged a handling fee of DKK 65. If an order requires special repacking and possible delivery to several of Milestone addresses, an handlingfee per package/delivery will be charged.
For an order with more than 25 delivery addresses Milestone is charged a handling fee of DKK 25 per address, under the condition that the packages contain the same.
Freight expenses for delivering to a specific affiliate are re-invoiced to the relevant affiliate through one invoice pr. month.
